Join Sarah Spence and Alexandra Coromandel on an inner adventure of healing sound and transformation. Using sound can evoke a deep sense of transformation, through both listening and (optional) singing. Alexandra’s healing instruments and carefully curated soundtrack will take you inwards taking respite from the pressures of everyday life. Sarah’s nada yoga, the yoga of sound, offers a different but no less potent way of finding inner peace within, through using the voice with chakra awareness. A taster of joyful chanting (kirtan) will ensure that you sing your heart open!

Alexandra Coromandel travels New Zealand with her family offering sound healing, individual Soul Ray readings and imparting a sense of peace to everyone that meets her.

Sarah Marlowe Spence has been facilitating nada yoga and kirtan for nearly 20 years. She is Tauranga-based, with a background in singing and teaching yoga, and teaches mantra and kirtan on multiple yoga teacher training courses. Her latest creative project is Unravelling Midlife, a podcast.
