Our Winter Practice is focused on the spine and legs to encourage the free flow of chi through the kidney and urinary bladder meridians.
A yin practice is suitable for beginners & more experienced practitioners. Yin poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints & improving flexibility. Alongside this, yin emphasises being mindful of every breath & the sensations in the body while in a pose. This creates a restful, nourishing & informative practice.
