There’s a variety of yoga offerings to choose from, between 9am & 2.30pm at no cost to you and you’re welcome to bring a friend.

Attendee numbers will be capped for some classes and you must register for these by emailing  stating which class you wish to attend (please keep it to a maximum of 2) 

If you want to join us for a light lunch-please bring a vegetarian dish to share.

9:00 – 9:45:   ‘Astanga Vibes’- with Tania

10:00 -10:45: ‘Laughing Yoga’- with Erika

11:00 -12:00:  A ‘Curly Special’ (max 30 students)

12:00 -13:00:  Lunch, –shared kai and a cuppa

13:15 – 14:15:  ‘Winter Yin’- Sue and Lou (max 22 students)

14:30 – 15:30:  ‘Asana with a Twist’- with Mollie (max 20 students)

There’s only a short time between classes so please be mindful of those exiting/entering  the parking area and please be quiet  if waiting on the deck.
