Pregnancy yoga  Term 4 (10 weeks) 11th October -18th December

This class is suitable for pregnant women. TYC recommends that all women considering doing antenatal yoga consult their midwife or medical practitioner and generally it is best to begin after the first trimester. You can attend other beginner classes as well as pregnancy class, once you have a membership just ensure you tell the teacher you are pregnant.
