Sound healing, also known as sound therapy, has been practiced since ancient times.

As well as tuned singing bowls: drums, gongs, bells, tuning forks, didgeridoo, flute, voice/mantra & singing are used to positively charge brainwave frequencies using sound vibrations.

Each crystal singing bowl is tuned to a particular frequency to resonate with a specific chakra.

Chakras are energy centres within the human body and can be supported to help to regulate organ function, emotions, and the immune system. Sound healing is a great tool to free the mind of constantly processing thoughts – often on perpetual repeat.

Crystal singing bowls can help interrupt thought processes, allowing deep relaxation where meditation and healing can begin. By softly creating awareness of thoughts giving the opportunity to let go negative thinking patterns.
