A yin practice is suitable for beginners & for more experienced practitioners.
Yin poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. There is also a focus on the breath & the sensations in the body while in pose. This facilitates a very restful & informative practice.
This practice will focus of poses yin poses to awaken the dormant ‘qi’ energy & recharge your practice.
